  Very terrible expirience. The worker yelled at my son for scanning his app for a free hot chocolate. He asked why do you have 0 points my son said i used 1000 points to redeem the hot chocolate. The worker then said "next time you come im not gonna scan your 7 rewards"

  Avoid the coffee bar. Cream isn't consistently iced/chilled and is often room temperature; have had to throw away last 3 coffees I purchased because the cream had gone bad. Called to inform them and girl clearly couldn't care less. Coffee area and store is always dirty. It's a shame, it used to be much cleaner and I never had issue with the coffee a year ago. Management/staff changes maybe?
