Alysha was the one that set my phone up in august. I took every precaution to protect my phone. Including an otter box. My camera lens somehow got cracked. I have monthly insurance. I was told it will cost me another 250.00 to get it replaced. I was pissed. She is very unprofessional and bell service sucks. I will terminate my servi e when my contract is up.
