  I would give it a zero if I could but Google won't allow that... actually I would give it less than zero if I could, and I didn't actually purchase anything because...... I go in, ask for four of the $6 chicken wrap meal deals; that's 4 meal deals. the CSR starts pressing buttons on the screen, looks confused, stops, says "I'm sorry but they only come in 6 or 12 pieces". I look at her in disbelief but think let's try this again. I point to the meal deal that I want, $6 meal deal, upper left corner, the chicken wrap meal deal, comes with a chicken wrap, fries, soft drink, sundae, I want 4 of them (that would be 4 orders of the meal deal, 4 wraps, 4 fries, 4 soft drinks, 4 sundaes), she goes back to a manager to get help. She comes back to explain they only come in 6 or 8 pieces I, again, say "i want 4 of the $6 chicken wrap meal deals' and point at the board that has the meal deal I'm ordering. She goes to say that they only come in 6 or 12 again and I realize she's just too stupid to get it....... I walked out and went to Wendy's. Never coming back here. Dear Manager, explain this to your employees so that they understand why I left. By the way, born, raised and educated in Canada, fluent English, and she appeared to be same so this is not a language / racial barrier issue.... just really bad bad bad bad service
