The price matching policy is absurd, and their computer system seems a bit outdated which can lead to annoying experience. In order to price match, a customer needs to show the same product in another companies flyer, and this lower price has to be a sale price, not their normal price. This means that even if the price is lower, it has to be a sale price or Home Outfitters will not price match. The computer system cannot process more than one credit card per transaction, meaning that if you have a credit gift card, you cannot use that then payoff the rest with an actual credit card. Luckily, their staff is likeable and knowledgeable, and the selection of products will keep a customer going back.
