After small purchase of Christmas lighting last January that gave out after 1 week this month was not offered refund or store credit. Told to contact manufacturer. They didn’t care that it stayed in box until this Christmas season but said their warranty was 30 days or 90 days. Weren’t sure. Never again. Spent $300 there last Christmas. Have no knowledge of customer service
