Purchased a Napoleon prestige pro 665 natral gas This was April 2017 I couldn't get my patio contractors out to do the jobs they promised. So in December I returned to the store and talked with Paul the owner Asked if I could exchange it for a Propane model. To my surprise Paul took it back and enen gave me one completely assembled! Fantastic service! Open on Sunday for people that work crazy hours! Highly recommended S.K.
