  Guys named Jon and Darnell worst customer service I have ever experience in my life. Absolutely horrible. Did not have answer for anything. Continued to refer there 1800 number. Would not take payment, could not even pull up account for the longest time. Both these guys are sitting on their phones texting and talking and just try to rush you out of the store. Hands down the WORST PEOPLE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Cancelling all of my accounts with them both private and for my corporation and switching to a different provider.
