  Spent a day and a half there this week driving different f150's trying to decide what motor I wanted in the truck. Everyone at the dealership works as a team, they all want you to make a purchase for sure but at the same time they're helpful not pushy.....They're patient without a doubt. Phong was my salesman.......An asset to the Rose City team, an energetic and personable guy. He asks you questions about what your looking for in the vehicle and how your going to use it making sure you buy what's right for you. It was real pleasure dealing with Tracey, Andy and Karen as well, they're "real people" that make you feel at home and go out of their way to help you...........Much appreciated. Great buying and dealing experience all around.........

  This is the third time we have bought new cars from Rose City Ford and all three times I have been taking care of like I was family. our salesman, Ahmad, was awesome. If you are going to buy a new car Ahmad is the man you want to see. He has sold us all three of our cars and every single time I have walked through the door Ahmad has made me feel welcome. He never pressures me into anything, he will find exactly what you want on a budget you can afford. We will always be buying our cars from Ahmad at Rose City Ford. Thanks for being More than amazing Ahmad, you have customers for life.

  My husband and I recently moved to Windsor and were approached by a Ford dealership in London about trading in our car. We originally went to Rose City just to look at the space in the Escape to see if trading in was worth while as we were contemplating a bigger vehicle. We met with Howell and explained the situation. Howell went above and beyond for us, he was very personable and wonderful to work with. Karen who dealt with the finance aspect of the deal was absolutely amazing. We picked up our new 2018 Escape last week and we love it. Thanks so much Howell & Karen! This is the 3rd Ford vehicle I’ve purchased and I must say the team at Rose City was hands down the most friendly dealership I’ve ever dealt with.

  Mauro and Karen were amazing when I purchased my vehicle. They honestly gave me the best car buying experience I've had to date. The parts department is a little hit and miss. I called to get a quote for winter tires and they didn't even bother to call me back. However, when I went in to exchange a t shirt they were great and swapped me a t-shirt that didn't fit for a touch up pen I needed thanks to someone ramming a cart into my brand new car. I'd have given 5 stars if they'd have returned my call about snow tires. Can't vouch for the service department as I haven't been; not receiving a call back put me off going in for my oil change.
